Is it my iphone or the mobile operator?

whenever i'm in a place with loads of people, i cant call out nor text any whatsapp.

the reception bar is 4 bars and LTE/3G is there too. hmmm :s11:

could be the base station overloaded.

this happens to me at EXPO or suntec in the past whenever there was a PC show.. hahas

it's almost always telco issue in sincity.

It should not overload if you are on LTE.

Am also curious which telco are you using?

If you really need to make outgoing urgent call or waiting for incoming call, i will suggest you to switch off Cellular Data completely.

This means you are making call using non-3G and non-LTE mobile networks..

Sometimes if I need to send message urgently and cannot do so via iMessage and Whatsapp, i will just send normal SMS.. and it will be sent to your friends..

i have this same problem. I just wait till I get to a less crowded area. And yes, I am on the orange.
