Iphone 5 replacement with telco (no receipt)

I bought an iphone 5 from a forumer last year, warranty is over by next month.

I don't have the receipt and if I remember correctly it is Singtel set. Suddenly last week I keep seeing the no service although my sim card works just fine with other iphone.

Can I go in comcenter and ask for a replacement? Any bro here has experience for exchanging iphone with telco (no receipt and not the original owner)?

Can go Comcentre n give a try. I got my iPhone 5s changed last month due to battery draining problem n my dad had his iPhone 5 changed 2 days ago due to lock button faulty. Didn't bring hp contracts for e 2 occasions n also don't remember them asking for our ICs.
