iphone 5 stuck on restore

Hi Guys,

Just want to check if anyone of you had this issue previously and if you manage to resolve it?

My iphone is stuck on restore and restoring or updating it doesnt work.

while restoring/updating, it will give my error 14 and will restart the phone again(will be like blurry screen 1st then will restart).

When i checked it online they say it might be the board thats having issue?

issue just started yesterday and nothing was done on the phone, just suddenly restarted by itself and went to restore point.

any help will be appreciated.

I've faced error 14 before.
Can you try changing the USB port
or put your device into DFU mode and try again?

But since you mentioned that it restarted by itself, it could be indeed a logic board issue.
