Same here. Am on iphone 5 32gb . Everything is smooth and buttery.

Have upgraded to iOS 8 and now to iOS 8.0.2.. Works very well with the upgrade.. The lag comes from those apps that hve not caught up to iOS 8 rather than the phone..

iphone5 used for 2 years, battery life not so good, flat within a day, at most can use for text, phone, alarm

Only upgrade to iOS8 and work ok

going to upgrade to iOS802 later

I upgraded my 5s on 8.0.2, no problem so far however I notice that all the old photo in my Albums cannot be seen. Only can see those recently Added and Video files. However, it I can still see all the photos in the "Photos" folder. Previously in 7.1.2, I can see all the photo in the "Albums" folder.

Battery life is fine.. Maybe because mine had the battery changed with compliments by Apple cos of the battery replacement program for that batch..

I had slight lag with my 5s browsing the menu pages when it was just upgraded. Felt like the early android days kind of menu lag when you move from page to page.

But now ok.

if that happens i put it in and out out airplane mode to get the signal back.. i'm sure there are bugs that they can clear up but no software is perfect lah.. the obvious one is the imessage notification bug..
