Iphone 5 -volume button not working

Just got my iphone from M1 a few months back and -volume button not working anymore. +volume is fine.

Tried hard reset but doesn't work.

So lousy 1 ah? Need to go QCD Tai Seng to repair ?

Tai Seng!!!???. You got your set from m1 you have to go back to m1. They are paragon or 313 somerset.
Bring the recipt. They will verify.
