Yes, there's 3 iPhone 5 models. A1428 is strictly GSM with LTE dunno on which bands. And then there's two A1429 models. One of it is also GSM only, difference with the A1428 is simply the different LTE bands that it supports. Then there's the second A1429 model that supports both GSM and CDMA. So I'm wondering did StarHub issued me with the second A1429 model. Because if yes then it's a good thing, signalling that I can roam on CDMA networks as and when needed. That's why I was just curious to know. Haha.![]()

No. If you're on a GSM network, you can only roam on GSM.is there cdma roaming available from our carriers?
even if u decide to use the local cellular service (of overseas carrier). how wld u? (cdma sim card???? d; )

so basically to say no matter what models we get, A1428 & A1429, not much of a performance difference if only use locally?
intending to get 64GB from starhub within this few days.
