IPhone 5s carrier missing in settings

Hi all , need help .. I have an iPhone 5s .. Normally I will use a SingTel SIM card for data use . This morning I put in my msia SIM card then later found out even I reached msia it is still searching . Tried the SIM card on my another iphone and it work . Back in sg , I tried to use back the SingTel Sim inside this 5s n still searching for hours . Searched web n found that my settings the carrier is missing ..

How about erasing the iPhone?

How to erase ?? My home pc is very lack so I cannot connect my phone to it to iTunes to resort as per what the Apple contact ctr tell me too ..

try reset network settings?

Tried already .. I even tried the reset all also no use .. So funny .. The carrier can go missing like that

I had a similar problem except that my iPhone 5C.
I tried the following a) take the SIM card out & reinsert.
b) When to a Singtel Hello shop, they say go to A.Lab
c) A.Lab in Sing Plaza says my phone is as useful a brick. Get a new one.

I came home and was going to backup my phone when I notice that itune allows me to update the connected handphone, so I updated. It successfully updated to IOS9.3.1 and presto my phone is working again.

b) When to a Singtel Hello shop, they say go to A.Lab
c) A.Lab in Sing Plaza says my phone is as useful a brick. Get a new one.

U are lucky Sia ... I tried to erase my iphone on the hp n now is stuck .. Said cannot activate .. Gg to connect to iTunes later n see how ..
