I emailed Aconcept about this,

Thank you for contacting us.

We would like to inform you that the current Air jacket is compatible with the iPhone 5S camera cut out if you remove the attached camera ring. Other wise it will cause flashback issues.

An updated version for the 5S will be released by Power support, however we were not inform of the exact date.

You can safely proceed with the purchase if you don't mind the above mentioned issue.

Fortunately, it does not cover flash, and we confirmed its compatibility.

However, back film slightly covers the flash, a very sligh. Although it does not affect the function, we decided it as incompatible.
Therefore, Shock-absorbing film sets and Flat bumper set (set including rear film) are "not compatible".

ya spigen is really smart to follow apple iphone 5 cut out for flash. if you got the developer account can go download iphone 5 case maker CAD file. they make it bigger.
