It's not very apparent in the picture, but the finishing of the mute switch could be better. As it is, it's a little rough and sharp.

The carbon fibre sticker is from iCarbons.

I also collected something from the post office today.

Ironically it cost me less and finishing is pretty good. Feels solid as well. I chose to use this over the Sword for now.

The only issue I noticed is that all the buttons are metal and there's nothing to prevent them from scratching the actual buttons on my 5s.

quick question....i dunno why i always see people using their iphone naked where so many people here talking about cases and bumpers.....

I dont recall seeing anyone using cases except for me....

for me I seen most on case but. I still see ppls on naked little % but majority is in case

even for me on android I go naked but on iphome I go case mode. as iPhone is small then use a case still feel allright


as most user on iPhone without case the metal already cmi

but in my latest android my s4 I use a bumper due to I know the s4 is easy dented

both. doesn't feel as good, doesn't look as good. I don't know how to upload pix, but protection wise probably 2/3 of original.

Mini Review - Apple leather case (black)





Pros
- very thin, doesn't add bulk
- feels VERY sturdy
- quality feel
- comfortable grip; adds more 'round' to the corners making it A LITTLE closer to shape of 5c
- doesn't collect fingerprint like clear plastic cases and smudges from wet/oily contact wipes off easily
- looks good (subjective)

Cons
- depending on your finger size, silent switch may be difficult to access
- audio jack cut out size doesn't work with earphones of bigger plugs (untested)
- might have the same problem with third party lightning connectors (untested)
- power button requires a little more force to depress; but being leather, it might become easier over time
- without proper method, quite tough to get out
- S$58

My red leather has got black discoloration from my pants pocket. Didn't like that, gave away the case to my cousin.

Didn't like the fact that the casing hides everything. I.e. If you're using a gold or silver 5s.

Even my sgp ultra hybrid has gotten black marks due to pants pocket.

i got the beige colour... actually the feel is solid... i like the grip
As you mentioned, there will be some stains and discolouration.. but that's pretty norm...I am considering to get red & brown or yellow..

cannot la always drop, clumsy people need to be in this thread to look out for a case. invest in better one if more clumsy so as to save the p hone n wallet from damage
