iPhone 5S heat issue.

Is anybody experiencing any heat issues with their new iPhone 5s? Mine heats up rapidly and stays hot whenever I plug it to my computer, power point or use applications that require 4G. Should I bring it back to Singtel to take a look?

My 5s facing this problem too
Whenever use it to surf web or playing game
It heat up in few minutes , it is burning hot at the back of my 5s
Is there a problem or jus normal?
