Iphone 5S help

Hey guys, i just got my iphone 5s this morning. But when i on the phone all the contacts inside below to my sister, none of it belong to my friends number.

Now im trying to backup my file from itune i keep getting this message "Iphone cannot restore the iphone because a session could not be started with the Iphone" Anybody have this problem too?

You must do a reset. Press home and power button together continuously for 10 secs or so. Phone will go blank, then Apple logo comes out. This is the point you let of both hands.

Try to sync again.

Why are there so many bros using iTunes to backup sync. iCloud is the way to go TS bro.

i tried to restore from icloud but i keep getting the " Cannot start session" message. I did a hard reset and reinstall my itunes but i still keep getting the message..
