Guys anyone here have the same problem or already fixed?

My "Enable 4G" option in Settings > Cellular is already enabled but still only reads 3G at the top.

On Singtel network. :(

Same here. On 4G plan under m1 but 4G not working? Is it because I cut the nano sim myself instead of getting one from m1?

TerorBlaze,

Could you try this?

Go to setting>cellular>cellular data network.

change the APN to "internet"

remove the quote.

everything else do not touch.

Restart your phone, or off/on 4G.

Do you still have the Sim card holder? the one before u break the nano sim.

Or do you still have ur recontract paper?

Call singtel, to the technical department.

1688, Hold for english, press 1 if you enquiry for the number or input the number you want to enquiry on > press 3 for technical support, then 1 for iphone.

Tell them your situation, give them your IMSI number which is printed on the card, they will then update it.

if you are inside the train,
there is no guarantee that you will be able to connect to 4G signal
