iPhone 5s problem

lately my iPhone 5s, has been dropping data/3G/4G network on and off everytime i unlock my phone

sometime the signal comes back after awhile, sometime i have to restart it.

and whenever driving pass under a normal bridge or go into tunnel, the line get cuts off.

this is my 2nd 5s, the first didnt have such problem

I remember similar issue with iPhone 5 few months back ... ended up getting a replacement SIM and reset the network setting on the phone ... worked fine after that

happened to my 5S couple of times..... my solution is to turn off 4G and turn it back on again....
