Iphone 5S Problem

Just wondering if anyone encounter this problem before. My iphone 5s suddenly turn off and can't turn on.

Did a hard reset but sometime when the apple logo come out, it will blackout again. Then other times, it will manage to reboot up to the home screen. But after awhile, it will blackout and go off again.

After numerous reboot, finally back to normal and can use again. But after a few days, the same old **** appear again.

Anyone know if this is a hardware or software problem? (This phone is already updated to the latest IOS version.)

if the reboots runs in loop , or shows u blue / red screen , then highly it is the memory chip issue .

small chance will be the battery failing
