- hard reset didn't work
- lock and unlock rotation didn't work

you can't rotate even message app?
Close all apps and do another hard reset. If not, do a full restore and try.

They won't let you RMA because of this lol.

if u do a full restore and the screen can't rotate, take it back for replacement.

Are you using zoom mode? I only know in iPhone 6 Plus zoom model cannot use the landscape homescreen.

nope, mine doesn't . Its just stucked

Not in Zoom mode either.

Power on/off didn't work too.
