Anyone knows whether on launch day i.e. 19 Sep if only official telco stores will have or telco resellers also will have iPhone 6+?

I am talking about telco resellers e.g. Arrow Communication, The Handphone Shop, etc and NOT Apple resellers like epicentre or Nubox.
