Just wondering, is it possible to buy pentalobe screwdriver, 2GB ram and a bigger capacity battery from ifixit.com and upgrade it ourselves.

then the phone will be even more perfect!

The ram is soldered on top of the A8, no way in hell you can just upgrade it.

A bigger capacity battery wouldn't be a genuine apple designed and tested one, you run the risk of an exploding battery.
