My screen goes haywire. But no physical crack. A fine hairline seen on the inside. But apple says it's still considered damage. Anyone with this issue?

Lol.. its bcoz someone knock into my phone while on the bus. I said it lousy coz my phone dropped on the bus at the height not higher than my knee. I'm not v tall also as I'm only 168..

Drop 4 and 5 from height higher than this also no problem.. Hai..

So sad..

Who knock u? Sometime I also scare ppl knock or push in the bus or mrt especially morning when everyone rush for work.

4 & 5 screen smaller ma, when big screen then will be different.. I also feel my iPad Air 2 easy to bend than iPhone 6+

the curve of the screen makes it more susceptible to cracking. Especially when the impact is at the edge of the phone

So many cracked screen problem...why in the first place not buy glass screen protector and better protective casing for the edges protection?

Hi, In order to buy the apple care + protection, I need to call up apple or can purchase online ?

I bought mine over the phone, just call Apple Singapore and choose technical support.

Although my iPhone 6+ was only about a week from the date purchased, they did a diagnostics to check that the phone was working perfectly.

From the diagnostic results, they certify that they could offer Applecare +

Give credit card number, purchase completed.

i had the same problem, my ip6+ fell on the bus flat down and SP cracked. I thought the phone is ok after peeling off the broken SP and take a further look and notice the top right inside is a little chip off (inside glass).

The make of the phone is not very durable nowadays. I had drop the phone slightly above waist level on the bus floor and not those concrete floor.

Heart pain no doubt, not sure how to get this fix / replace. It is not major crack but still unsightly.

So what is the best option huh? To do 1 4 1 exchange for $550 or do screen replacement at sls for $190 as what bros at say.. Or maybe best option is use till the phone in terrible state Liao then do the replacement?

i will wait for warranty to expire, then maybe bring to bangkok and fix it.... cheaper screen there i was told.

Anyway the chip on my screen is not major use a full SP protector can cover the scar
