Hi, recently my iphone has been flickering like crazy. I read online that maybe the connections to the screen has become loose.

Sometimes the screen would flicker so bad that I won't be able to see anything just static. It would stay like this until I press firmly at the top of the phone and it'll improve a little.

This iPhone is still under the 1 year warranty, but I'm sure my issue isn't covered under the limited warranty right?

Can anyone give me a quote roughly how much this would cost me to repair? I think it would be cheaper since I won't have to replace the screen?

Thanks

I'm pretty sure it's covered under the warranty. It's obviously a hardware issue that the phone display is not functioning well. Perhaps you should bring it to get checked. As long as you haven't been tinkering with the phone innards, you should definitely qualify for service.

Won't they automatically assume that I violently dropped the phone numerous times and decline to repair it under warranty?

do you have cracked screen or stuff? The limited warranty might be voided in that case, else, your problem will still be under warranty.
