i replaced my phone three times. using my fourth set now, and still got issue- the camera has a "dead spot". Going for my fifth later.

Just to update. I also got mine replaced at QCD today. No questions asked. Straight away 1 to 1 exchange.

Went down qcd the first time today with regards to the front camera alignment problem, was rejected exchange, staff said from March onwards they don't entertain exchange anymore, they repair! Seriously?

Since my 6+ no major fault except for this front cam half crescent issue which give me absolutely no problem...will just use it.

i just realised mine also have the same problem but it's working fine for now. its still under warranty and i would like to know can it be exchange 1 to 1?

Just to infirm you guys to check properly when doing your exchange at wheelock.

My original iphone 6 got hardware problems earlier and kept crashing, so i head down to change and didnt realise the new iphone got this front camera issue until i started using it.

Lazy to go down to exchange again, will just live with it.

Went A.lab on Thursday.

Reached at 11:45am ticket says waiting time 45 mins with about 30 pax in front of me. Registered for a sms to let me know when it is about to reach my turn.

Walked about 20 mins and walked back to see how the queue was moving. Realised it will take more then 45 mins with the current situation. Did not want to waste my time waiting I went to the queue issuing counter. Asked if the phone will be 1-1 exchange on the spot. Reply was need to escalate to Apple and will let me know in 5 days. Courtesy phone will be provided during this 5 days.

Went to try my luck again and just checked with a counter who is not attending any customer.

Reply was the same.

Walked off.

At about 2:45pm the same day received a SMS that my turn is coming...��

If I had waited. It will take 3 hours for my turn!!
