I had the issue too. You may need to go down the service center and get it fixed.

It would be best if you're going overseas and go to any of the Apple Retail Stores to get it fixed instead. The service is done within minutes. Not sure for the local authorised service centers here.

Bring to a AASP and get it serviced.
it's a known issue
