If you have an Internet, the information is right at your fingertips. Please learn to Google and make up your own mind. There are other phones as well, not just the common Apple or Samsung phones.. =:p

:s22: Isn't this the internet? I'm confused here... :s11::s11:

TS: I'm also having the similar thought, but more like the ip6 vs others. Between these two, its more of iOS vs samsung bloated android, really up to how familiar are you to each OS. Price wise I believe note edge is cheaper? But iphone do hold their value well in the used market so it is also another consideration..

If u ask me I would choose an iPhone. Cos the OS is nicely updated plus resale value is still good after 2 years

I have been using iPhone since iPhone 4 days. Only hop to android for a brief 4 months with zenfone 5. Not that android is bad just that the compatibility with my other Apple items. Like their continuity function.

Thanks, now got another choice... Samsung S6 Edge...out next month
I actually like the novelty of the edge, pretty cool.
But both of you are right, IOS is indeed better than android and iPhone resale value is definitely much better.

IMO, I don't really like iOS (at least the newer versions, I'm coming from a (4S -> HTC m7 user here), I really like HTC's simple layouts for the android, its like iOS but android and less clutter. But the newer android versions seems to deviate away from the simplicity and compete with iOS on the same level of 'too much information'. But thats just IMO, as I dont do extensive stuff on the phone, only web browsing, taking photos, listen music, text and make calls but still picky on the screen, the camera and ease of use.

If u asked me, I think edge is like a gimmick. Might be quite troublesome if u accidentally touch on the side while holding on to the phone. Just my opinion.

Htc can be considered. But the last time my friend was using a very long time phone the htc desire hd. Got so fed up and changed phone. Repair for several time and still have the same motherboard problem.

Depending if are you more towards tech stuffs or not. Android has lots of variances and extensibility. Like I can use my USB drive on the go for entertainment but iPhone it is what it is. Personally, I will go for GS6 Edge because is something different from other smartphones including iPhone. Only concern is its battery life and TouchWiz.

Sent from somewhere between the Sinkie and Boleh lands using GAGT

difficult to discuss without your user requirements.

do you use your phone for
- gaming
- take photos
- "die die must have" apps
- battery life
- special features, e.g. removable battery, SD card slot, adobe flash, etc.

i will first state that i'm anti-apple; so take my comments with a big pinch of salt :)

The Techies will tell you to go for Android, for how it can satisfy them. :s13:

On your own, you have to know what YOU want, not just to hold the latest device. What do you want from actually using it?
