I tried, they said can't do much since their system stated my battery is healthy. Hai why replacing battery can be so troublesome 1, im not even asking for a reburished set lor

I want to ask if me wanna buy iPhone 7, should I get Applecare+ ?? My last iPhone was 3gs and 4s, duno issit worth to get it? I rmb the home button was cranky and I never send in for repair or 1for1 exchange before tho my friend did.

How much is the AC+. Will I get 1for1 exchange if the battery, screen dead pixel, button not sensitive or anything? If don't have and they can only repair, then will they loan me a phone first? Because I don't have spare phone. Appreciate any inputs, thanks!

It's honestly up to individuals. Depends on how you perceive the value of AC+. For me I like it that I can change charger, charger cable, earpiece; 1 for 1 if there is any fray or problems during the 2 years period. AC+ also have Thai express replacement service whereby they will ship a replacement phone for you as long as they deem fit, and you shop the defective phone back to them using the pre paid shipping label. I think there are a couple more perks which I can't recall offhand.

I can't remember the price but you can check in apple website for the current AC+ price.
And yes they will let you have a loaner phone if you have to put the phone there for more than a day, if I remember correctly.

Ok update u guys my ip6

They finally agreed to replace a new set for me, I just need to pay $38 for an replacement set. Also they manage to send me a free lightning cable as well, kudos to them !!

Was yours under warranty? If it isnt then theres nothing they could do..anyphone brand u buy if out lf warranty they cant do anything

Not really, you can pay for repairs for other brands.

Best practice for battery is charge while u can. As for me , I always charge my phone. I wouldn't even let me battery drop to 20%.

Up till now. My battery still as healthy as new.

Turn off ur location service. Some app even u are not using them they also use ur location service . Just turn them off.

AC+ needs to be bought within 60 days from the purchase of the new iPhone. They have included a new $42 screen replacement service now.

Express replacement service only if there's a problem with your phone. Don't abuse the system just because your phone is old and you want a refurbished phone.

For those with AppleCare+ it is FOC, for others without you have to pay. Apple will only give you ERS only if you can convince them that for the hardware or software problem, changing or replacing your phone is the only option.
