Hi Hata2k,

All the carriers in Singapore doesn't service iPhone anymore.
However, there's 4 Apple Authorised Service Centre in Singapore.

• QCD @ Wheelock Place
• QCD @ Tradehub21
• A.Lab @ Plaza Singapura
• A.Lab @ Changi City Point

Please be remind that your AASP will only repair/replace your iPhone, provided the GSX diagnostic tools deemed that the battery failed the diagnostic test.

Also, replacement of a brand new refurbished iPhone is subject to your Service Centre's discretion.

If your iPhone failed the battery diagnostic test but no sign of bloated battery, they will take in your iPhone and repair/relace the battery only.

If your iPhone failed the battery diagnostic test and found some sign of bloated battery, a replacement iPhone 6 Plus will be issued to you, provided there's no any unauthorised tampering/water damage/BER.

Cheers.
