Of cos it's normal. Seems like u've used more than half of your total standby time and dropping 8% for that usage is already quite low to be honest.

So the bottom line is...your batt life is good.

Don't worry, the 6 plus has the best battery life of any iPhone so far since its launch in 2007.

No probs! Just enjoy using your phone and don't worry about the battery life. Usually before I leave home for work, my 6 plus is 100% and remember batt life also depends on your settings and usage patterns. For me, my wifi is off, always on 4G, screen brightness to auto, bluetooth off, no auto updates and notifications except for Straits Times in general. At work I stream around 2 hrs of radio via TuneIn Radio Pro, around 30 mins on personal hotspot to my wifi-only iPad mini 2, moderate whatsapp, iMessage, news-reading and other miscellaneous apps usage, at the end of the day still have 60+% batt life left, and 50+% if I listen to my own music on the go.

That being said, technically I can go two days with that usage before I require to charge but by then, I'll be charging it at home and that makes my external battery pack quite redundant already, I rarely need to bring it out now.

Cheers! ;)

The battery is one hell of a monster. I slept with 50% remaining and woke up with 50% still. This doesn't happen to my previous fone with a much bigger capacity batt. iOS 8.3 is a saviour. Lol

Need to clarify a doubt: doesn't auto brightness actually drain more juice than if you disabled it? Or did you just want to have this feature regardless of battery life?
Asking cos my battery usage page suggests that I enable auto-brightness, yet I've known many who mention that it will use more battery instead. My brightness level(non-auto) is always fixed at approx 1/3 of the entire bar.

Theoretically if u turn on more features it will drain more power but by how much, depends on what feature it is. I turn on auto brightness as it's easier to read while outdoors and in low-lighting, wouldn't be so bright to the eyes. I have this feature enabled ever since I used iPhones from 3GS and now on 6 plus, batt life is still as gd as ever.

If u buy a smartphone and disable everything, might as well buy a regular handphone and save more money instead.
