Suddenly found my 1 month iPhone 6 plus screen is distorted. The images in the screen is in total disarray.
But there is no exterior cracks or damages on the glass screen and back casing.
Went to service care at wheelock，but they say its considered as accidental damage. Spoken to Apple care and they insist no replacement. This Ang mo told me their physical damage policy applies to both interior and exterior screen damage.
But what is interior screen damage?! To me， the phone interior problem just surfaces suddenly. No hard dropping or else the phone surface would have scratches also.
Apple keeps insist no one to one replacement. But is this fair to a consumer ? Who knows the interior crack is due to manufacturing faults. Or constant heating charging would have caused this.
