iPhone 6 plus screen issues

My iPhone 6 plus screen does not respond sometimes. Is it a software issue or hardware issue? I have this problem ever since I got the phone (1 week after launch date), and the problem is intermittent.

Should I bring it down to the service centre?

Hi Bunnypangsai,

You may wish to restore the device as new on iTunes, to determine whether its a hardware/software issue.

If problem persist, you may wish to bring it to our Local AASP to diagnose the issue.
For intermittent issue, they might take it in to 2-3 working days. Replacement/Repair will be done provided if the Engineering Team manage to replicate the issue.
