Iphone 6 plus unstable..

Anyone encounter this problem.?
While charging the iPhone, and using the browser or apps, the phone became unstable. The screen keeps flashing, keyboard hang, AssistiveTouch also hang.. Some webpages never touch, but auto opened...!!!! (( Reset phone didn't help...

check if u are using a chiong cable or plug..

yes, happened to me when using china plug, now use back original is back to normal. i suspect is faulty ground pin.

IMHO never ever use 3rd party uncertified "Apple" cable or charger. You risk product damage or worst, personal safety compromised should the product catches fire.

Since I spend so much on an excellent device why would I want to save a few bucks and risk damage? Reminds me of someone who spends thousands of dollars buying a brand new car and yet trying all means to save on ERP charges by illegally waiting next to gantry. Lol

got money buy iphone.

got no money buy original/certified apple compatible cables and charger.

i work in factory lei, only 200$ a month salary in vietnam.

yes, happened to me when using china plug, now use back original is back to normal. i suspect is faulty ground pin.

My charge cable is original, came with the phone...

Cable is not the issue here as the cable does not cause unstable due to it does not supply current on it own. Just slow or fast that all.
The wall plug is the issue as that regulate the current.
What wall plug u using? If 3rd party one change it.
If u using original then bring the plug together with the phone to Apple authorised service center.

Yes, the cable & adapter are original. My phone is less than a week...
May do a backup, then factory reset. Restore the backup.
If problem persists then no choice, must send in to Apple...

it can b e power socket also. this issue happened to a relative. she was plugging into a very old power extension cord. got try another wall socket?
