iPhone 6 poor phone call quality

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had ever experience this before. My iPhone 6 call quality is quite bad. Whenever someone calls me, they say that my voice sounds very soft and they can't hear (even though I'm speaking very loudly). I used to use a Samsung and the call quality was OK, so I don't think it's my carrier (M1). I tried removing the case, turning off bluetooth and Voice (LTE) but still having this problem. The only time it is OK is when I use a earphone with microphone.

Anyway, will really appreciate any advice/experience anyone may have The problem is driving me crazy...

Carrier problem lah. I'm on M1 and the reception is crap. Even in my house on a low floor I can barely hear a thing and I live in central part of S'pore.

Aiyo...did you complain to M1? Dunno why I ask my other friends who also use M1 but they got no problems. My problems only start when I used the iPhone 6 so I thought maybe Apple got problem...

It's all down to location

I jump from m1 to hub to singtel and I'm a happy 4g user on singtel
