Newbie here. Will a singapore purchased iphone 6 works in USA for voice and data? Tks

All the iPhone purchase in Singapore are able to use in other country SIM card as they are unlocked

But USA has some telcom operators that locked their iphone. Will unlock iphone work with their services?

I have used my singapore iphone with T mobile prepaid card. No problem in using it but you might get only 3G only as their LTE is different from us.
