iphone 6+ vibration no working suddenly...

no more vibration..all I can hear is a faint sounds at the speaker...

I think it was because I was charging the phone and also alarm ring at the same time..cos that morning I cannot wake up by my alarm..and when I wake up..the phone was ringing in a weird sound..I unplug the cable, and realised vibration suddenly not working..

anyone else encounter this?

Have you tried restarting your phone?

1) soft reset (normal restart)
2) hard reset (press and hold)
3) reset all settings (except contents)

all didnt work...

It's not the end of the road.

Bring it down, get the problem repaired and live with your dented phone.

If minor, should be okay. Unless got cracked screen whatsoever.

Apple has this Express Replacement Programme. Should try that. No other bros here tried it before yet haha.

I not sure about that too. But I heard is call in and request from CSO. They normally don't do it but just make up some excuse about some unpleasant experience at the AASP.

went to QCD today at wheelock for repair...no more 1for1...as they could repair the vibration part...

anyway, overall exp quite good...a pity that I couldnt get 1for1...

I recently opted for Express replacement service from Apple when they offer me both options...its quite fast...everything completed within a week. Downside is you need to let them charge the full amt to CC first.
