Iphone 6+ video playback issue

Hi all. My 6+ having some weird issues recently. At times it can't play video at all. YouTube or any other websites videos also can't play. YouTube will tell me have error try again later. Other sites after clicking play, the video won't move. Even my own recorded videos can't play.
It can be solved by restarting the phone. Anyone have any idea what could be the cause?
Another issue is sometimes other people call me, no ringing tone sound at all even tho I off silent mode.
Same it can be solved by restarting the phone. But keep restarting is also not a long term solution.
Updated to latest iOS still same issue.
