Hi everyone,

anyone facing the same problem as mine?

I just got my new i6+ 65gb and updated my phone to the latest version already.

1. I cannot access to iTunes store on the phone.
Be it on wifi or 4g. when i enter itune store, the phone will reflect "cannot connect to app store".

2. Wifi not stable at all. I connected to the 5.0ghz of house wifi, it connected but disconnect shortly. then i connect to the 2.5ghz wifi, it got no problem connecting to it.

Anyone had the same issue with mine? Any solution?

Change your iTunes App Store to other country and then change back. It will solve.

1) check your dns or network settings. if in doubt, use google dns to test

2) too little info to diagnose but you get the same when you are standing right next to the router?

Apple doesn't have any 65 GB ones. Maybe China lookalikes have? And that is why you cannot connect to iTunes?

Jokes aside. Update your iOS to the latest version as it improves on the Wi-Fi signal

Very easy.

Settings -> itunes & App Store --> sign out and sign in again

Should be resolved
