Iphone 6s strange problem

so my sis iphone 6s just went nuts. cannot make out going phone call cos no sound using mic and no sound from speaker as well. cannot ans call cos no sound as well. phone quite unresponsive and slow. open camera app takes 10 sec for the app to actually see what the lens see. anyone kena this before as well???


try booking a appoint with QCD but fully book earliest slot is 26-12-2016 and the warranty end 25-12-2016. can my sis just walk in to do a RMA?? is it repair or replace the handset??

Just walk in for QCD. It's only either replace or repair, see what they say.

just found out got A.Lab as well. try booking also all full before warranty end. that one walk in also ok right??

Can try a reboot; pressing on/off button and vol down button together till phone shutdown and apple logo appear.

I have the same problem. Not sure if this is a defect since more people have the same problem.

is it sound soft while making calls? opposite party hardly can heard from you?

I using iphone6 which is one year ++ Liao coming next year contract going to finish

I encounter this problem after IOS 9

I check on Apple support community also a lot complain this problem on soft voice on call

also video play not say loud despite full volume.

mic is not spoil as I test on Siri

just kind weird what went wrong I can say likely IOS perhaps....

I never do a clean reset ....still the same

sadly is seem defect I also don't know is it the new IOS affect iPhone 6 but some iPhone 6 users don't have problem on call

I change to iPhone 7+ is ok

weird is my iPhone 6 the mic don't have problem where I test on Siri and voice memo.

I only can think that the mic might be not sensitive enough in iPhone 6 after 1 years + usage..

this is the fastest iphone I owned like this...whereas iPhone 4 can last me few years before the home button crack and can't update to latest IOS.

Happened to me on my iPhone 4 before.. it's not microphone problem but audio IC that's busted. Would say it's dependent on luck, so far only experienced once on iPhone 4 after 2 years of usage *fingers crossed*
