Did u notice that on iOS 9.2.1, after u input the url, safari will show the progress bar loading at abt 25% (or a quarter progress bar shown) before one shot completing the loading of e page..? Like conserving the power at 1/4 bar then one shot full bar..????

Yes. It's normal. I guess the 1/4 bar is to show that it's trying to load but hasn't gotten any data to load?

Same goes when sending an SMS and it has trouble sending it. It will stay at the 1/4 bar.

Ohhhh now i see. Im quite paranoid abt getting spyware/ malware due to past exp.

Although iOS isn't immuned to viruses & malware, it is still very much safer than Android devices.
