The left bottom grill is a decor only to balance the design

Actually wouldn't this be kind of buay balance, since one speaker is side facing and another is front facing.

The hole where u listen to phone call is a speaker. That's how they make their stereo speakers for the iPhone. One on top, one is bottom right of phone.
