Iphone 7 notification screen flickering?

I have it on my notification screen too. Even on my iPhone 6 when I was using iOS 10 beta. Could be a software issue?

I have it too.. On 7 Plus. Only flickers in Notification Center. Seems like software issue.

I have it too. It's definitely not hardware issue. Just some bugs in iOS 10. Happened on my iPhone 6s Plus too.

Yes just on notification.... i saw a thread in apple forum also....
it will happen when u have tons of notification...
