Iphone 7 plus got hacked ?

So what happen was I wanted to book a grab ride but the app could
Not launch despite repeated force close and launch.

So I power off and on my phone normally. Not Dfu

When it on back. My grab app manage to launch. However I had to re login and all my saved credit card details were gone. Had to re enter

After my ride. My phone kept prompting to re enter password for various accounts like I cloud , gmail , yahoo

Also most of my apps like Shopee , carousell and all my bank apps all the save user info were gone . All had to re login

Does anybody know what went wrong ? First time in my 5 years of using iphone

it sounds like bad sectors on e phone flash memory. time to schedule an appointment for genius bar...
