iPhone 7 sound problem

My girl is using my previous iPhone 7 for a while. Suddenly there are these problems:
1. Speaker and mic not working in phone call. The strange thing is that the speaker button is grey off.
2. When playing music/youtube, the sound will only play on phone speaker, even if the lighting headphone is plugged in. Charging with the lighting cable is working.

Anyone encounter these issues before? Anyway to solve it?

Done that. In fact total reset the phone and retrieved app/data back from iCloud. Still the same.

Then hardware got issue already
Bring to Apple store see what they advise you

But need to book appointment first

Yes. Got it fixed at a shop. Was told it's common iPhone7 problem.

Don’t go shop. Best is go Apple store to service. You go shop is considered as 3rd party and next time you want to go Apple to fix they will not do for you

It's a design flaw, maybe next time they will offer a program to fix this problem all for free. It's a similar problem to iPhone 6 touch disease.
They are already suing Apple in US for this issue, known as loop disease.
