Iphone 7plus frozen screen/screen hang

Anyone face issue on unable to pick up call, screen frozen on call out dial screen, unable to dial out. Need to exit the screen and go in again. The case has been very persistent. Sometimes, even whatapps, i cannot rely messages as the screen simply hang there.

Wondering if its a software bug or hardware issue.

called the apple service center and was advised to perform a "Reset ALL settings"

The problem still exists. Anyone facing similar issue?

Usually the first wave of IPhone will have issues.
Do voice out to the company, they will do an exchange for u

i also face this issues..either a black screen and middle circle loading


or app just freeze there

i get a black screen when opening whatsapp sometiimes...

I am ip7 user. Not plus. Also having issue sometime.
