Iphone 7s, Need to delete Apple ID

Hi All,

Need help as i have an old Iphone 7s which i want to pass to my son to use, but the apple ID is tagged to ex-gf which we have lost all contact. Thus would want to know if there is a way to delete the Apple ID or even totally reset the handphone to factory settings so that i can create my own Apple ID to use as i wouldnt have the password to login to the Apple ID to sign out or delete the ID. Tried alot of ways by looking online and on Youtube but all doesnt seem to work. Also the fact that the Iphone is a much older version thus harder find ways to do so. The IOS version is 13.3.1.

Nope, iCloud locked not unlockable unless owner unlocks it.
No point trying if you do not have credentials.

7s isn't even supported anymore. You're better off getting a used SE or something.
