iPhone 8 automatically goes into airplane mode?

I've got my iPhone 8 for more than a month now but this is the first time I noticed my phone going into airplane mode by itself. I left it to charge and when I came back it was already in airplane mode. I did not schedule anything and I didn't turn on the airplane mode myself.

Has anyone heard of or experienced this before?

Someone turned it off?
Perhaps disable control center and see if this problem replicates itself?
