iPhone 8 Plus battery

Hi...My IP8plus is now 2.5 yrs plus and charging time about 800...battery health with 82%..where should I replace a new battery? 3rd party (e.g: LYK or Atomware etc) or Apple svc center? Double charges compared to outside....Since this model is quite sometimes usage, worth to spend about $80 at apple or $38 at 3rd party? Any issue with new IOS if use outside battery?
Some said can show as service under battery health if use 3rd party battery...is it correct for this model? Thanks

would suggest getting it from apple. Original battery always last longer and better than 3rd party. IMHO, there is no such as thing as orignal battery from outside shops.

Pay $80, can use for another 1-2 years, consider okay deal

After change at QCD jan this year. I got battery drain when power off. When power on and not using, battery drain at 1 % every few min. Change again outside Nov this year. Same issue. I think not worth to change the battery.

I think you might possibly have conflate software and hardware issue.

The best way to know if it’s indeed the battery problem,

Do a clean reformat and monitor and see

I changed my phone batts at apple store orchard. No such issue...
