iPhone 8 wallpaper quirk

Hi guys. I set the default ‘dark earth’ wallpaper for my iPhone 8. The top crescent of the Earth crosses the date-time text on the home screen. Once I do a soft restart, the wallpaper somewhat ‘shrinked’ and now the crescent is below the date-time text of the home screen.

Not complaining but do you guys notice this on your iPhone 8 as well?

Do you have power saving mode turned on? I could only think of that cause it will disable the Perspective zoom on the motion wallpaper causing images to zoom out since it does not need the extra image space to shift about.

Nope it happens only after I reset the phone. I believe I disable the motion effect. I’ll try that on my iPhone 7 with the same wallpaper to see if it’s an iOS thing.

Motion will disable the wallpaper effect as well.
