the telcos usually disclaimer you before they open the wrapping. In case kena any wintermelon tofu, they ask u to go straight to alab or qcd or to apple (if got applecare+). then they will do rfb 1 to 1 exchange or repair etc.... thats the risk to take if get from telco. if get from apple directly, will be within 14 days exchange with another retail unit. Model number confirm starts with "M" and not "N"
