Does Orchard Apple store replace the phone for battery issue which the health is less than 80%?
Or they only replace the battery?

For iPad I know they replace the whole iPad for battery issue.

How about those authorized shop like QCD? They replace the whole iPad or only battery for battery issue?

Battery only for phones. If it is under warranty, you get free replacement. If not you have to pay.

No idea about iPad. The iPads last really long. My iPad 2 lasted from 2011 to 2018. iPad Mini 1 is still alive since 2013 (no new iOS updates). Then we have iPad 2018 and iPad 2019.

Is it better to make appt to alab or qcd or just walk in for battery replacement? Shorter wait if make appt? Tia
