Got mine since XS Max and have been able to get AC+ for each so yes, usual warranty. But of course, got to be genuine sets so Apple will have to approve first.

you should be covered for normal issue. but not for accidental damage

Sorry to bring up this old thread. I have been googling about the iPhone warranty for HK set but a lot of mixed answers here and there.

My colleague is at HK now so hopefully can get my answer confirmed before asking him to buy for me. I want to buy HK set because is slightly cheaper after conversion rate and also, it has dual sim which is my main point of getting HK set but then worried about the warranty claims if I bring my set to local Apple Store here. I don't intend to buy AC+ so anyone actually bring their HK set for warranty claim here before. I know I can always call their service center, but I don't trust their words sometimes. Would rather confirm from iPhone users here with HK set that actually physically manage to claim the warranty successfully.

Apple warranty is international, but the turnaround time for repairs/replacement for HK sets might take longer as they need to ship specfic parts/units from HK.

I rmb a bro mentioning he requested for express replacement unit for his hk set & got it within 3-4 working days (Shipped from HK)

AC+ can be bought locally for HK sets, so in summary I don't see any reason Apple SG won't take in rma services for HK/overseas sets

Have you bought a HK set for 15PM? I looked around and don't seem to see more than a couple of distributors carrying them this time round...
