It's available (12 Oct) in Canada, France, Germany, UK & US.

Japan reported that it was available only on 13 Oct. I guess it's a scheduled rollout.

I've asked ChatGPT to check (Scheduled Tasks) Apple's website hourly and inform me when it's available.

The pre order servers may not be able to cope with the demand. Thus they do this to lessen the load I guess.

I doubt the ready feature is due to the server load. It is likely for their Apple Leasing/Upgrade Programme
