Duo already 250g+ without anything. You add casing and glass, very substantial le. Need to feel the actual thing to see the weight distribution.
About 304g lor with glass (12g) and a case with no MagSafe ring like ur f8 ringke case (38g). My f8 setup is 310g. Haha.

iPad mini about 290g with case and screen protector 😂😂😂
I can imaging the weight
IPad mini cannot fold. A smaller dimension product usually won’t feel as bulky as a larger one. I’d never be able to carry a mini in my pocket, but a foldie no problem at all.

again the 18pm is 249g. But it is oos for day 1 collection faster than the pro. It is not any lighter than the duo. And the duo is 7.6” when unfolded. Haha.

im not suggesting the weight is justified. I’m just sharing my experience with my current setup. It is what it is.

my ip17pm in my pocket already can feel that it is pulling down my jeans/pants on one side
Dimension plays a part. From AI:

Yes, dimensions and geometry play a significant role in how heavy an object feels, even when the actual mass is identical.

The sensation that an elongated rectangular object feels heavier than a squarish or compact one of equal mass (300 g) stems from a combination of biomechanics, rotational dynamics, and perceptual weight illusions
