I went to Starhub at Plaza Sing to do an exchange of my iPhone 5S and 2 weird things happened.

The warranty restarted from the day I exchanged, not the day I bought the phone (2 weeks earlier).
Connect the phone to lappy and using iTools I can see the origin is not Singapore anymore, it's Hong Kong.

Also, I'm not sure if the battery is new, tho using iBackupbot to see there's only 1 cycle, but its full capacity is already 1520, less than original capacity by 30mAh. Not much but I thought it shouldn't be so.
And for God's sake I don't play game, don't use much but still the battery is very poor.

Overall my experience at Starhub was bad, I spent 2 hrs to get it replaced.
Not like my previous phone which was an Apple set, exchange at QDC took less than 10 minutes.

I'm on my 6th iphone and my warranty has finally expired. Meaning I traded in my phone 5 times because I always get a faulty set. everytime I wait at least 1.5 hours, 2 hours is normal for StarHub bro, no choice..
